did an update a while ago. program version 6.33, firmware version 3.3, hardware version 3.6. ever since then i have had an error on startup screen GetSysInfoFromRegTab() failed. can close window out and proceed as normal. but now i can not communicate with any vehicle. We have another scanner but the autel has a few plus' like module setup and programming, etc. Im sure this isn't the only scanner doing this.
